What you share

JiOne AI Labs Pvt Ltd receives your name, email address, enquiry type and message when you submit the form. A candidate can also choose to attach a PDF résumé. We record the submission time and your consent. Please leave out identity documents, financial information and confidential client material.

Why we use it

We use these details to read and respond to your enquiry. If you submit a résumé, we use it to understand your experience and discuss relevant work with you. We will ask before sharing your résumé with a prospective employer. A product enquiry gives us permission to answer that enquiry only.

Storage and access

The form sends submissions to JiOne’s server-side storage. Authorised administrators can review submissions and download details and attached PDFs through a password-protected, read-only admin workspace. The résumé stays in private storage. People handling the enquiry and providers operating the hosting and storage may process the details. The public website has no résumé directory or public download links. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses to serve and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions for automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser and network signals for that check. The application temporarily stores hashed client-IP counters to limit abuse.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry information while handling the request and any resulting discussions, and longer where a legal obligation requires it. To request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, select “General enquiry” on our contact form. Use the email address associated with the original enquiry so we can verify your request. You need not send another résumé.

Cookies and analytics

The JiOne application does not set advertising cookies or load third-party analytics. The admin workspace uses an essential session cookie for sign-in. The private preview host may use its own cookies for access control.
